MEET OUR FOUNDER
John Lehoczky
President & CEO
John Lehoczky is President and CEO of Sync Consultants, Inc., a management advisory and consulting firm that partners with clients to generate rapid, significant, and sustainable performance improvements in the global (Buy/Sell) trading of products and services.
Mr. Lehoczky provides his clients with over 40 years of increasingly responsible leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management in the Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Electrical/Electronics, Logistics, Management Consulting and Oil and Gas industrial segments. This includes over 35 years of leadership roles with Honeywell International, and executive roles with Accenture PLC (Associate Partner) and Yellow Corporation (VP Corporate Services and Chief Procurement Officer). His most recent assignment was leading Procurement M&A activities for Honeywell’s $10B sales Performance Materials and Technologies unit. He’s led global teams in assessing, benchmarking, improving operations, and/or negotiating contracts with over 500 trading partners globally in more than 100 direct and indirect product and service categories.
Mr. Lehoczky holds an MBA degree (with honors) from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Eastern University.
